1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use our services. By using XeonNode, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Services Provided
XeonNode provides hosting solutions including but not limited to:
- Game servers
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- KVM-based virtual machines
- Dedicated servers
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Hosting or distributing illegal content (including but not limited to copyrighted materials, malware, or prohibited software).
- Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, spam, or any malicious network activity.
- Abusive behavior toward XeonNode staff or other customers.
5. Reselling Policy
You may not resell our shared game server hosting services.
You may resell VPS, KVM, and dedicated server services, provided that you remain the primary account holder responsible for all usage.
6. Payments & Billing
All payments must be made in full and on time.
Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.
XeonNode reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Service Suspension & Termination
XeonNode reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited activity.
Termination may also occur if required by law, regulatory request, or other reasonable cause.
8. Data & Backups
XeonNode does not guarantee the integrity of your data.
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups.
In the event of termination, suspension, or technical failure, XeonNode is not liable for data loss.
9. Liability & Disclaimer
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
XeonNode makes no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for a specific purpose.
XeonNode is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
10. Modifications
XeonNode may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
